Each and every product is inspected and packaged prior to shipment to make sure there is no way your order could ever be broken or damaged during shipping. Of course, we cannot guarantee how well the postal service will take care of the parcel once it is shipped but we will make sure that at the moment your parcel leaves our factory, it is in a mint condition and ready to be delivered to you!

Design & Creation

Because majority of our items are hand crafted, we kindly ask you to give us up to 5 days to produce, inspect and ship your product. Due to a high demand on certain products (especially during unique promotions or limited offers) we do need a certain amount of time to carefully create your unique purchase.

Once your item has been prepared, carefully inspected and shipped, we will make sure to notify you about any updates concerning your parcel progress through e-mail. Please, check your e-mail (including JUNK folder) to make sure you do not miss out on any important information we might have sent you.

Depending on the shipping method you used prior to placing your order, your item will be shipped through either DHL, Canada Post, UPS or ePacket.
